TERMS OF SERVICE
Disclaimers
• You must be at least 18 years of age to order
• I reserve the right to refuse service, even if all the conditions below are met
• This agreement is for digital art commissions - no physical media or product will be shipped to clients.
1) Pricing and Payment
Payment must be made upfront and in full before work is started on the commission. Once a project is agreed upon by both parties, an Invoice is sent via PayPal. The window of payment is one week before the invoice is canceled unless otherwise agreed upon.

All prices listed are subject to additional charges based on complex designs, outfits, features, etc. that add to the complexity of the commission.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). At this time, payment is only accepted through PayPal. Payment in the form of cryptocurrency is not accepted.
2) Artistic Content
The following is not an extensive list but should give you a general idea of accepted and unaccepted content. Mature content is accepted. If you are unsure about what I will accept, feel free to ask.

Things That I Will Draw:
* Anthropomorphic animals - furry, scalie, avian, or mythical characters
* NSFW sexual content
* Queer romance and trans characters
* Fan art of media properties

Things I Don’t Like To Draw and will decline:
* Certain fetishes (Watersports, Scat, Vore, ABDL, etc.)
* Extreme gore
* Humans and Humanoid characters
Alien creatures with usual anatomy (ex: xenomorphs)

Do Not Enter
* Depictions of minors in sexual or sexualized situations (e.g. cub, loli, shota)
* Themes promoting racism, homophobia, transphobia or other forms of bigotry or discriminatory rhetoric
* Trans and Intersex characters labeled with fetishizing terminology (e.g. c*ntboy, herm, ladyboy, etc.)
3) Commission Process
Work will only begin on a commission after payment has been received.

When payment is received, you will receive a rough sketch or a series of thumbnails to approve the general idea, pose, composition, etc. of the commission. Afterwards, a more detailed sketch will be provided as preview of the final product.

Commissions can take anywhere from a couple weeks to a month or longer to complete. Completion times are based on my queue volume, complexity, and amount of detail in the commission.
4) Revisions
Revisions involving major adjustments are only accepted in the sketching phases of the commission. Revisions requested while the project is in the process of being inked or colored may be accepted but major adjustments may incur additional fees at the artist's discretion.

Revisions after a work has already been inked, colored, or completed will be limited to fixing anatomical errors or character inaccuracies (missing features, color correction, etc.)

Requesting additional features that were not part of the initial commissions such as additional characters, additional scene elements or dramatic alterations to the existing scene or character(s) will incur additional charges.
5) Rights and Ownership
As the artist, I retain the full copyright of the final image of the commission as well as other drafts, sketches, or variations. This includes the right to post, redistribute, and re-purpose works done in both a physical and digital capacity including but not limited to galleries, paid rewards (Patreon, etc.), prints, and advertising. At this time, I am not offering to relinquish these rights.

You have the right to edit, distribute, or post your commissioned works for non-profit, personal use. Edits or modifications made may NOT be used to remove or obscure my signature or watermark from the image.

At this time, I am not taking commissions for commercial use. You may NOT sell, advertise, redistribute commissioned works for monetary gain. You may NOT generate, distribute, sell, or tokenize any of my art for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain-based services, or other forms of digital licenses or proofs-of-ownership.
6) Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel the commission after work has gone into the commission, you will receive a partial refund for the work that hasn't been completed yet.

If a commission is canceled, the concept, posing, scene, or line work itself may be repurposed for my own personal use or towards another client.
